    Join SOAZCAI for a presentation from Attorney Michael Shupe providing us a first glimpse of some of the new bills beginning the journey through the State legislative process – the Good, the Bad, and the Ugh!!!  Michael will also highlight some of the recent legal trends for common interest communities in Arizona and across the country.  Michael is one-half of the founding partnership of the law firm of Goldschmidt|Shupe, PLLC representing approximately 400 community associations throughout Southern Arizona, and is one of the three SOAZCAI Chapter Delegates on CAI’s Legislative Action Committee in Arizona
